Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting students from the Student Entrepreneurship and Internship (SEI) 2024 program, organized by AmCham Slovenia, in our offices. The SEI program is an exciting initiative that brings together 20 students from different universities and study programs. These students participate in a two-week summer school focused on entrepreneurship, gain hands-on experience in top international companies and have the opportunity to join a talent pool to enhance their career prospects. We’re thrilled to be part of this program and to be able to share our experience and insights with these curious young minds.
During the visit, our team presented an in-depth overview of our company and what we do. We discussed our sales and marketing strategies, showcasing how we build networks, make partnerships, and attract customers. The students were eager to learn about our approach and the innovative methods we use to stay ahead in the market. Additionally, we provided a tour of the technical side of our work, demonstrating some of the cutting-edge technologies we develop and use at XLAB and ISL Online. We also highlighted our working environment and company culture, emphasizing the importance of collaboration, innovation, and a supportive workplace.
Building connections
Hosting students from the SEI 2024 program helped us strengthen our relationship with the US Embassy and provided us with a valuable opportunity to meet potential future colleagues. Finding and nurturing new talent is essential for our growth, and we’re always looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join our team.

What pleases us the most is the positive feedback from the participants. The students found the visit extremely educational and fun. They asked a lot of questions, indicating their genuine interest in the presentation of XLAB and ISL Online.
