We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accountant to join our team at XLAB. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial and tax reports, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Your mission:
- Posting to the general ledger and reconciliation with subsidiary records
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Preparation and submission of annual reports
- Reporting to the Bank of Slovenia
- Reporting various statistics such as SFR, ČPPS, and others
- Preparing internal monthly business reports
- Managing cost center records and determining the allocation of general expenses
- Performing controlling activities
- Executing payment transactions
- Managing the fixed assets register
Skills we’re looking for:
- Required education: higher professional education (level VI/2) or higher
- Other requirements: at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, certificate of no criminal record, knowledge of OPAL or VASCO software
- Languages: Slovenian, English
- Computer skills: proficiency in Word, Excel, and computer-based document formatting
Probation period: 6 months
Type of employment: permanent
Start date: immediately
