Your mission:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Understand client needs, requirements and goals— and take responsibility for their timely and satisfactory execution.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals and presentations, tailored to client challenges and pain points.
- Nurture existing relationships with clients and partners, proactively managing their expectations.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve revenue and growth goals.
- Collaborate with business and marketing teams to align strategies, share market insights and create industry-specific offers.
- Monitor key sales performance metrics and prepare relevant forecasts and reports.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies accordingly.
SKILLS we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
- Proven experience in successfully closing enterprise-level deals in the IT industry
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in the US and European markets
- English proficiency
