We are strengthening our team that takes care of automation and integration tasks on various projects. We collaborate closely with Red Hat, a leading provider of open source solutions. Our team develops services for unified automation and management of modern data centres, working with Red Hat development and product teams, and the open source community. Concurrently, we are developing our own commercial solution for Ansible collection analysis and maintenance - Steampunk Spotter. As a research group, we are also active partners on a large number of European research projects, developing future technologies and architectural frameworks (integration of Kubernetes, Keycloak, monitoring, …)
If you join our team, you can collaborate with renowned global companies to:
- Automate installations of infrastructures, networks, and applications in large production systems using Ansible
- Work with modern infrastructure frameworks like Docker and Kubernetes
- Ensure smooth operation and support of infrastructure software
- Help develop tools for ensuring the quality of Ansible content, general system compliance with security standards, and generating and verifying SBOM
- Integrate existing libraries into a product for managing bare metal infrastructure
- Ensure the security integrity of operating systems and applications

Your assignments
- Designing, developing, implementing and upgrading of software applications and components
- Integrating and orchestrating various systems using Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Testing and ensuring stable system operation
- Configuring CI/CD processes
- Modernizing installation processes in client systems to benefit both developers and end-users
- Improving internal development processes
SKILLS we are looking for (some of these)
- Experience and ability to work independently with one or several configuration management and containerization frameworks: Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with git source code control systems
- Ability to independently provide and justify problem solutions
- English proficiency
BONUS SKILLS (can be useful, but don’t worry if you don’t have them)
- Broad understanding of existing cloud, security, and infrastructure technologies
- Experience with Red Hat Hyperconverged Infrastructure for Virtualization (RHHI-V) or management of hypervisors and virtualization (KVM, VirtualBox, Vagrant) – a big plus
- Knowledge of Linux kernel operation and management – a big plus
- Experience working with containers and container orchestrators (Docker/Compose)
- Experience working in cloud infrastructure environments (Kubernetes, Azure, …)
- Experience in studying and ensuring IT system security
- Knowledge of message brokers and protocols (AMQP)
- Experience with SQL databases
