Your Mission

• Implement digital marketing strategies to achieve set goals.
• Shape the voice of our brands, XLAB and XLAB Steampunk, as well as our product, Steampunk Spotter.
• Run advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Reddit Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to engage target audiences.
• Manage social media: craft and post content, and engage with followers.
• Prepare content for marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, customer stories, and promotional assets.
• Write scripts for product and demo videos.
• Maintain and update websites, ensuring high-quality content and SEO optimization.
• Analyze data: monitor website traffic and digital marketing campaign performance, measure results, and prepare reports.
• Write press releases and respond to media inquiries.

SKILLS we’re looking for

• Excellent English writing, speaking, and proofreading skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Creativity and a strong team spirit.
• A precise, reliable, and self-driven approach to work.
• A passion for learning and mastering new skills.
