Your mission:
- Pre-Sales Involvement: Partnering with our product sales team to understand the customer’s requirements, demonstrate the technical capabilities of the product, and present tailored solutions using Spotter.
- Product Demos: Leading product’s technical demonstrations, workshops, and presentations, tailoring them to a customer’s unique use case, to highlight how Spotter improves automation and ensures security in Ansible Playbooks.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): Leading PoC deployments and trials to ensure that the solution meets the client’s needs.
- Collaboration with Product and Engineering Teams: Collaborating with the technical team to create personalized proposals, customizations and addressing specific client requirements. Providing customer feedback on product functionality and potential improvements.
- Prospect Qualification: Helping qualify prospects by ensuring that Spotter is technically capable of solving the problems the client faces.
- Solution Design: Supporting the client in understanding how Spotter integrates with their existing infrastructure, help design the best solution configuration for the customer, often providing customizations or integrations as needed to streamline their automation processes.
- Customer Onboarding & Support (Post-sales): Assisting in the technical onboarding of the customer, ensuring smooth product deployments and product upgrades, and providing training. Supporting customer’s post-sale, helping with technical questions and troubleshooting. Acting as a key advisor during the pre-sales and post-sales phases, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and our solutions.
SKILLS we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a Sales Technical or Solutions Engineer role, ideally within the IT automation or DevOps space.
- Experience with Ansible and automation technologies, with an understanding of the challenges involved in managing Ansible Playbooks.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, automation platforms, and security best practices, particularly within automation workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct compelling product demos and workshops that effectively show product value.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for helping customers achieve their automation and security goals.
