Lean Business Process Management

Within the project best practices of lean business process management will be implemented throughout the organization, XLAB d.o.o., to create growth by simplifying production and service and eliminating waste. Planned Steps

• Implement best practices of lean business process management within the organisation
• Move from wasting valuable time, effort and resources with lean techniques
• Review business procedures; identify value and waste by collaborating with an internal consultant and take appropriate steps to eliminate waste and add value
• Continuous improvement cycle across all teams at XLAB; define; measure; analyse; improve; control Implement common tools across teams, develop technical skills, human skills as well as conceptual skills
• Increase efficiency and productivity of the team
• Result in better quality of service
• Accelerate transformation to Industry 4.0
• Increase satisfaction and trust of clients and partners
