MO-BIZZ project focuses on deploying and validating the required mobile, cloud-based service infrastructure based on the innovative application of a technology that is made available to the project partners, and developing a business model that is capable to support rapid service configuration.
The challenge is not only related to the mobile networks, which connect the end user to the Cloud services, but also to the development of a business model that shall facilitate rapid service conceptualisation and development and allow businesses to expose their key functionalities to customers and integrate with existing business applications where necessary.
No such infrastructure currently exists in Europe and globally and, given the overall financial situation, its availability would propel the adoption of these new cost-cutting and resource-optimising technologies in commercial transactions and business activities all over the EU.
XLAB provides remote support for the MO-BIZZ platform and conducts two of the 7 pilots in the project: ISL Online with Simobil as its user, and SmartGrid with Sauper GmbH.
