We’re excited and proud to announce that XLAB is one of the first Slovenian companies in our industry to successfully undergo an audit for compliance with the latest version (2022) of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard!
ISO/IEC 27001 is one of the most recognized standards in the field of information security, providing requirements for information security management systems. The primary goal of the standard is to protect information from falling into the wrong hands or being lost. We initially obtained the standard in 2017 and have since maintained it successfully.
“This achievement highlights our strong awareness of the importance of information security and our active involvement in this field. We’ve upgraded our processes to meet the latest standard, making them more robust, effective and secure. We’ve also added more comprehensive cybersecurity controls, improving our risk management strategies according to international best practices,” says Aleš Černivec, Chief Information Security Officer.
