TANGO establishes greater cross-sector data sharing in a citizen-centric, secure, and trustworthy manner by developing innovative solutions while addressing the challenges of environmental degradation and climate change.

The project works on a novel platform that promotes trusted and digitally-enabled interactions across society, for both individuals and businesses. TANGO harnesses the power of emerging digital technologies to strengthen privacy protections for citizens and private/public organizations, reduce costs, and improve productivity. It unlocks the innovation potential of digital technologies for decentralized, privacy-friendly applications, while making accessible and demonstrating this potential within the GAIA-X and EOSC ecosystem.

TANGO is uniquely positioned to provide an impactful solution in the areas of transportation, e-commerce, finance, public administration, tourism and industry, helping numerous beneficiaries. By providing TANGO technologies, a trusted environment is created that acts as a gatekeeper to information and data flows. Citizens and public/private organizations are enabled to act and interact by making data available both online and offline.
